Returns and Refunds Policy

Thank you for shopping with Miavera. We want you to love your purchase, but if you’re not completely satisfied, please read our Returns and Refunds Policy below.
1. Returns for Physical Products
You may return eligible items within 14 days of delivery for a refund or exchange.
Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original packaging with tags attached.
To start a return, please contact us at info@miavera.co.uk with your order number and reason for return.
Once your return is approved, we’ll provide instructions for returning the item.
Please note:
You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
We recommend using a tracked shipping method to ensure your return is received safely.
2. Non-Returnable and Non-Refundable Items
The following items and services cannot be returned or refunded:
Digital products (including downloadable style guides, digital consultations, and online courses)
Personal styling services (once the consultation has been booked or completed)
Colour analysis services (once the consultation or analysis process has begun)
Gift cards and promotional vouchers
These services are bespoke and involve personalised or digital content, which cannot be returned once accessed or delivered.
3. Faulty or Damaged Items
If you receive a faulty, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at info@miavera.co.uk. We will arrange a replacement or refund once the issue is confirmed.
4. Refunds
Refunds are processed within 7–10 business days after we receive and inspect your return.
Refunds will be issued to your original payment method.
Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
5. Cancellations
Orders for physical products can be cancelled before dispatch.
Bookings for styling or colour analysis services may be cancelled up to 24 hours before the scheduled appointment. After this time, no refund will be issued.
